New Kinetic Energy SUP gets a work out at the caloundra bar in 5 knots
One Design Nats 2009, were recently held at Nelson Bay, NSW. Over 25000 of these indestructible setups have been sold in Aust., One Design the recession proof laughs are back.
Conditions for the event were flat water with winds to 20 knots.Seeing 57 competitors attending for the challenging starts and joining top sailors, many being pioneers of sailboarding.

New Location and Opening !!!!!!
HI everyone, please be informed that Caloundra Wind & Surf will be moving into our new location. To celebrate we are holding and opening party and also celebrating my being in the windsurfing business for 35 years with 10 years as a business. there will be some great specials on offer to at the opening, for brand new KA sails from $295, carbon booms from $595 and carbon masts from $195 limited stock . to many things to list come and enjoy a snag and drink plus a chat. the date is set for the 14th of Feb from 9am to 1 pm. Stands for Stand Up Paddle Surfing. First done in Hawaii and now a global sport. It can be done anywhere as long as there is water. It can be a serious sport with riders surfing waves through to a fun past time on flat water.
Now we have introduced production and custom SUP's into our line of Kinetic Energy Boards. Our SUP's can also be used as a sailboard with the inclusion of a mast track, footstraps and a small fin on the centerline of the bottom.
Our SUP's start at $1500 inc paddle and are built with current Vac Bag Timber Veneer construction methods.
